My role as Lettings Manager at Ben Rose, Bamber bridge is to deliver a strong customer focused service, empower a successful lettings team, with new insight, training, and knowledge. I am an accomplished manager offering over 20 years of professional experience, with the last 10 years focused on property lettings, and property management. I bring a wealth of experience, industry knowledge and have a great passion for people. The best part of my role is building great relationships with both landlords and tenants to ensure they are confident their property and tenancy is in the very best hands. I will always be on hand to offer any help or advice you may need, so don’t hesitate to contact me if you are thinking of letting a property in the future. During my spare time, I enjoy travelling, spending time with my family and friends and fishing.

My role as Lettings Negotiator is to make sure our data is correct and up to date and to ensure a smoother process. In my spare time, I love renovating and spending time with my family and friends.

My role as a lettings assistant is to carry out viewings, book in appointments to get maintenance issues fixed, and building great relationships with both landlords and tenants. I love spending my downtime swimming, walking my dog, spending time with family and friends, watching box sets and baking.

I’m the head photographer/videographer here at Ben Rose. My job is to present your property to the highest of standards when going onto the market. In my spare time I like to travel as much as I can to new places, whilst also being a keen photographer outside of work.

My role is to help make your property look as nice as it can for the property market. I love practicing analogue photography and film as well as reading a good book.

My role is to photograph your property to the highest standard, preparing it to stand out on the market. In my spare time I love getting away in my camper van and spending time with family and friends.

As Senior HR Advisor, I am responsible for the people side of the business. I oversee the full employee life cycle and support both the business and the team with anything employment related. In my spare time, I enjoy baking, spending time with my family and traveling as often as I can.

My role at Ben Rose is to oversee the Admin team and implement processes to ensure efficiency and productivity. In my spare time I like to go for walks and travel the country.

My role is to make sure that there is a seamless transition from the point at which a contract is sent out all the way through to putting a property live. I also make sure that everything is in place before a property can be put onto the market. I enjoy going for walks, reading, spending time with family & friends, listing to health podcasts and cosy nights in with a boxset.

My role is to manage all incoming and outgoing payments for the business and undertake other general admin duties. In my spare time I love spending time with my family and friends.

My role as Office Administrator is to help ensure the day-to-day running of the business goes smoothly, dealing heavily with data and working on various different tasks. In my spare time I enjoy watching movies and spending time with family.
