I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben Rose Estate Agents, it is a privately-owned company with a great knowledge of selling houses within this area. Ben, valued the house and gave us 100% confidence that he would achieve his valuation, (which was much higher than the 2 other agents who valued it). The house sold immediately and for its full valuation. I would also like to thank the office staff who dealt the sale thereafter, they were very professional and constantly kept me updated.
