Just wanted to tell you how very helpful Oliver has been in helping me get information to you regarding the sale of Pear Tree Road, I’ve been having problems with my emails and learnt earlier this week you needed copies of the deeds which I had but in Sheffield and I’d travelled to Chorley! It’s not easy trying to sort all paperwork out when I live 100 miles away but Oliver suggested whatsapping the images and we’ve managed to sort it straight away, his quick thinking and great manner to the problem is a credit to him and Ben Rose.
