Not much to say really, house was marketed well and looked good in the photos. Got a number of viewings quickly and close together. Got a full asking price offer early on but after that not sure what other support we got. A good company for the bit we needed. No complaints but after the initial marketing I wouldn't say we got anything else for the money we paid. A good company but not quite 5* as for the price. Have used Ben Rose twice, both branches, once as a buyer and this time as a vendor. Would recommend to anyone for the local area.
