I have been letting with Ben Rose for 4 years now. They found me an excellent tenant who looked after the property very well. Sophie & Megan jointly manage the property on my behalf. They always, very promptly, deal with my queries, in a thoroughly professional, coordinated, friendly manner. They have been especially helpful finding reliable contractors to carry out maintenance & remedial works, both exterior & interior. A very appropriate new tenant, was found for me in record time (before I even formally advertised!) by the Lettings Manager Joanne! Ben Rose was recommended by a friend who is a landlord in Leyland, after he did wide ranging research into all the local estate agents. Best advice he ever gave me & I have never regretted it!
