I have had so many positive experiences of the lettings team at Ben Rose in so many ways. The team are very efficient at ensuring all our properties comply with the required checks and legislation. We are in safe hands. Sophie and Meghan keep in constant contact with us and always attend to everything quickly and provide a brilliant quality of service. They have helped us sort out so many issues ,some well beyond their remit. Recently we have had a complicated and emotional issue to deal with and Joanne has gone above and beyond to advise and support us every step of the way. She has demonstrated real concern for both us as landlords but also empathy and concern for the tenant. This situation is now resolved to everyone's benefit, thanks to her experience and hard work.
