We felt from the offset that Ben Rose were fantastic in the way they handled the whole process of us making an offer on a house. We have had an awful experience in the past with a different estate agent and this had been really off-putting to us when looking to buy a home, however, the way we feel we have been supported by Ben Rose has completely changed our opinions of estate agents. We have felt thoroughly supported throughout and have felt that both the vendor's and our interests were considered and protected in an extremely fair manner.
