First house purchase in a long long time and I so pleased to say that both Catherine and Sophie have been absolutely brilliant in the way they have handled my purchase. Every question answered, issues taken onboard and dealt with, with my best interests at heart. No hard selling and no push back, which was very very much appreciated, which was sadly lacking in so many other selling agents in my experience. Kept right up to date on the purchase with issues and questions forwarded and coordinated with the vendor in a manner which offered me much reassurance and confidence that they knew exactly what they were doing and that they understood what I wanted.
