We decided to sell our rental property and noticed in the local area how quickly houses with Ben Rose were selling so decided to market with them. The sale did take longer to go through than anticipated and we were chasing solicitors almost weekly for updates. Sometimes we felt the sale had stalled and after a quick call to the estate agents they would inquire on the progress for us and quickly phone us with an update.
