Would highly recommend Ben Rose to sell your home. The team are professional, helpful, but also good fun and thoroughly lovely people - Simon, Aaron, Tammy to name a few. Ours was a unique house and so the valuation was tricky, we had 3 estate agents round but chose Ben Rose (theirs was not the highest valuation) based on their advice and their success rate. The house sold in 6 days later with all a viewings held on a single day hosted by Ben Rose. The selling process for us was very easy (excellent solicitor) but I know had there been any problems Ben Rose would have bridged that communication gap for us.
