When considering which estate agent to sell my house with, I was drawn to Ben Rose having seen their for sale signs everywhere and the quality of photos they use online when selling houses. I had been recommended them by a friend and was pleasantly surprised to find out that their fees were very competitive so going with them was an easy decision to make. The solicitors firm they recommended to me cost less than the 3 others I priced up too, so that was a bonus! My experience of selling a house with Ben Rose has been a very positive one - even in the midst of the pandemic!
