Would definitely recommend Ben Rose - 100% - Excellent service from start to finish - Ben Rose rang about one hour after the house went on Right Move with viewings, thanks to the amazing pictures they take - Had two offers on the house within 48 hours both above the asking price - Kept in touch throughout - Tammy and the team were amazing throughout but particularly at the end when we hadn't exchanged until the same day as completion and when it was becoming quite stressful. They followed up with other estate agents, solicitors and other parties to ensure everything went smoothly. Thank you Ben Rose - you were all great! We used Ben Rose Chorley. When we were viewing houses to buy, we used Ben Rose Leyland as well and they had just as good service as Chorley. Leyland/Chorley worked together and you could request viewings from either, where as when I tried to view houses on sale with other Estate Agents the different branches would act as if they were different companies and you'd have to ring the different office. Ben Rose were quick to get back to us about viewings and they took ownership of queries. We had our house up for sale a year before going with Ben Rose and although the market had obviously changed comparing Ben Rose to the previous Estate Agent - it's not actually comparable because Ben Rose were so much better. Quick, polite and it actually felt like they wanted to help. If you are selling your property, I would definitely say to use Ben Rose!!
