I decided to sell my house late August, Era Davidson and the team where amazing from the first communication to the day of completion. The house went online on a Thursday, by Saturday I had 25 viewings. On Sunday I’d received 12 offers. Monday SSTC! Over to the solicitors who were also on the ball. A bit of backwards and forwards with the buyers solicitor. Era was also there during this time trying to push them and keeping me and the buyer informed along the way.
