My role is to lead the highly successful sales team at the Chorley office. Ensuring the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis, I am involved across all aspects of the process. Advising and agreeing nearly £140,000,000 in gross sales over the past year, I am extremely proud of the success and achievements we achieve for our clients and the business. Whilst ensuring that these levels of results are maintained, I am passionate that each and every seller and buyer receives as much of a personal focused relationship and experience throughout their journey with myself and my team. I am always there to help and offer the best advice I can to any questions you may have in what can be a complex and lengthy process. During my spare time, I enjoy travel and spending time with my family.
As part of my role at Ben Rose I carry out any valuations in the Leyland Area, with a wealth of knowledge I will carry out extensive research in order to attract the best audience and achieve the best possible price. I have worked at Ben Rose for the last 10 years and in that time I’ve worked across all aspects of the business as EPC Advisor, Photographer and Valuer. My current role within Ben Rose is Accompany Viewer which I love, conducting viewings, having good knowledge about our properties, answering questions and being the first face to face contact within Ben Rose and making a good first impressions with our new clients. When am not at work I love walking, going to the gym, socialising with family and friends, going on holidays and looking after my grandchildren.
