We had a positive experience in buying a property through Ben Rose Estate Agents at their Leyland branch even though it became a longer process than we originally thought due to circumstances out of their control. They kept us informed at all times during the progression of the buying process and when required made timely contact with the sellers and their solicitors to enable the purchase to continue and not get stalled unnecessarily. We must add also that the the staff were polite , helpful and professional at all times during the buying process.
