We were buying and in this very difficult time for buyers Ben Rose kept us informed both with the initial bid and through the buying process . The facilitated the process and acted as a conduit to the seller. As a buyer I appreciate the estate agent is acting for the seller but they couldn't have been more helpful in facilitating the process and made it less stressful; for both parties (buyer and seller)
